Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our AR Operations team. As an AR Analyst, you will play a key role by preparing and analyzing data that will help our company maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely payment of outstanding debts. This role will have cross functional visibility and be responsible for supporting integrations and projects that optimizing current process and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with automation projects within billing and cash applications
  • Understand software integrations, process maps and workflows within the AR department
  • Work with the Accounts Receivable teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create and maintain reporting for management that is used to drive performance
  • Support administration and configuration of AR software
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business preferred, or relevant experience in lieu of education
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Time management 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge accounting principles
  • Understanding of Electronic Data interchange (EDI) invoicing
  • Exposure to “FIS GetPaid” or other Accounts Receivable software solutions
  • Must have skills needed to initiate process improvements


Additional Information

Hybrid position, requiring at least 1 or 2 days in the Cary, NC office per week.
