We're on the lookout for a Compliance Specialist who brings expertise in handling tax credit paperwork with a drive that matches our ambition.

Your Role:

As a vital part of our team, you will oversee the meticulous review and processing of Tax Credit certification paperwork for residents and applicants, ensuring our properties adhere to affordable housing program requirements. Your responsibilities will extend to generating monthly compliance reports, diligently updating Yardi software with critical property details, and conducting audits on property files and leasing activities to guarantee compliance with Indigo standards, affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing laws.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tax Credit or affordable housing programs, with a keen understanding of LIHTC program requirements.
  • Familiarity with YARDI Voyager, WBARS, or equivalent systems.
  • Familiarity and/or working knowledge of Yardi Rentcafe products is advantageous. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a compliance-focused role within the property management industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
Pay Range: $30-35 per hour (+ bonuses) based on experience.
