Position Overview:The Recruiter/HR Specialist for the Pediatric Division will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified nursing professionals. Additionally, this role will manage various HR functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the Pediatric Division.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for nursing positions.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.

Human Resources:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate ongoing training programs.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Pediatric Division leadership team to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  • Partner with nursing schools, professional organizations, and job fairs to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in pediatric nursing.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
