- Supervise the Accounts Payable Department, handling vendor invoices, tax reporting, and ensure efficient processing of retail accounts receivable, credit card activity, and fuel inventory.
- Conduct ad hoc projects and analyses, establish control systems to verify data integrity, and participate in special projects and report preparation.
- Maintain effective communication with co-workers, management, clients, and franchisees while ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred), CPA certification (highly desirable), 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, MS Dynamics GP, and strong analytical and communication skills.
