Description

WCLLC seeks a motivated Coordinator/Logistics Specialist dedicated to providing crucial administrative and logistics support to a federal agency.


 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls and other project-related activities.
  • Act as the central point of contact for project related inquiries, assisting in issue resolution.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and timelines.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and status updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain project deliverables schedule, risk log, action item log, and performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative assistance for internal meetings.
  • Document meeting minutes and discussion outcomes, ensuring completion of action items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

  Qualifications and Experience

  • A./B.S. degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Familiarity with CMS CMMI preferred; knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations a plus.
  • Previous client collaboration experience.
  • Develop, manage, execute, and support in-person and virtual stakeholder meetings.
  • Set up meeting room if in-person or platform for virtual meetings, develop meeting reports and logistics for travel.
  • Develop meeting materials, develop and support meeting content and facilitate the meeting.
  • Execute travel reimbursement processes for event attendees, ensuring compliance with government policies and manage reimbursement documentation and facilitate timely payments.
  • Must be highly detail oriented with the ability to pivot to meet emerging needs.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficient time management
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project) and Adobe.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive work ethic in all situations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
