Responsibilities Include:

As our Chemical Engineer, you will conduct research, analyze data, and designs solutions to improve production processes and equipment. You will support the efforts to minimize waste, increase product quality, drive capacity/efficiency, and implement safety procedures. Collaborate with a team of engineers and maintenance and communicate findings to stakeholders. Overall, the role involves optimizing production, solving problems, and enhancing efficiency.

· Conduct research and develop new processes to support business goals.

· Design and plan equipment layout.

· Incorporate technology and procedures to ensure and improve safety compliance.

· Monitor and optimize the performance of production processes.

· Prepare cost estimates to support capital improvement proposals.

· Be hands on during equipment installation working alongside maintenance.

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering

· Experience in a chemical plant is preferred.

· Proven experience in chemical engineering

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

· Must be organized and detail oriented

· Strong aptitude with equipment, tools, and mechanical operation
