POSITION: Systems Specialist – Level I (Temporary/Seasonal Role)

COMPENSATION: Hourly / Non-Exempt. Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $23.00 - $26.00/hour.

REPORTS TO: Systems Support Manager

LOCATION: Denver, CO (Not Remote Eligible)

SUMMARY

As the System Specialist – Level I, you will provide technical support to all communities with online leasing configurations and workflows within our management software. You will assist our existing Systems team in the daily support operation and maintenance of our systems environment. In addition, the System Specialist – Level I will work with the onsite teams to configure, test, deploy and maintain their online leasing workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):

  • Work the Cardinal Systems to support and maintain online leasing workflows.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Cardinal team members with leasing related issues.
  • Support our suite of software products by assisting the Cardinal team with system access, user provisioning and technical support.
  • Make recommendations on best practices and operational procedures.
  • Actively maintains technical knowledge and collaborates, where appropriate, to ensure advice given is appropriate to the needs of the organization.
  • Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to Cardinal systems.
  • Gather and record information to facilitate Problem resolution
  • Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution.
  • Contributes to creation of support documentation.
  • Participate in Cardinal U training as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Independent sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Capability to explain solutions in non-technical terms.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of the BlueMoon Software application, NAA online leasing and property management software: Entrata,Yardi, RealPage, are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.
