Great Opportunity for Admin Assistant With HOA/Condo Experience
Supports the Board of Directors and the Property Manager on site with any delegated administrative, financial and operational tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from board members, residents, vendors & property manager
· Rental agreements for clubhouse rentals
· Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills with extreme attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication
· Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues
· Create and close work order requests (landscape & Irrigation)
· Follow up on all assignments and work orders delegated to vendors and maintenance staff as to status, expected completion date
· Answering phones, email correspondence
· Data entry, filing, issuing photo identifications & barcodes for vehicles
· Coordinate with community information, notices and updates
· New Homeowner orientations and any duties assigned by the property manager
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:00p
Pay Rate: up to $22 DOE
MUST HAVE HOA/CONDO EXPERIENCE
