- You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, customer-service role.
- You've previously managed appointment scheduling for a medical office, coordinating with professionals and clients.
- You have excellent oral, listening, communication and self-awareness skills.

- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude.
- You are committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Coordinate the therapists' schedule at the beginning of each week based on clients' needs and the therapists' productivity requirements
- Send welcome email packets to new client families
- Review client's account to accuracy and document all client communication
- Maintain daily volume of phone calls and emails
- Attends weekly huddle meetings in center
- Ensure that any service inquiries are answered and that follow-up is made as needed

- Required to sit, stand, bend and walk regularly; lift and/or move up to 45lbs pounds.
