Job Title: RECRUITING INTERN

Rate of Pay: $16.50/Hour

Shift: Monday through Friday - variable shifts 15-20 hours/week

Temporary Position 4-6 weeks, 80 hours

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screen candidates in prep for a high-volume winter season recruiting effort
  • Manage and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Ensure that candidates that are presented to managers for interviews meet all basic requirements of the job
  • Coordinate mass interview days for managers
  • Assist managers in the hiring process including, posting jobs and editing job descriptions
  • Maintain professional office atmosphere while greeting resort staff
  • Assist in onboarding processes
  • Other duties as assigned



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

SKILLS

  • Must type a minimum of 40-50 words per minute.

  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
