Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Inside Sales

Our client is a growing Seattle based Custom Software developer and SaaS startup. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect into new accounts and secure sales meetings for Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a passion for technology, eager to make an immediate positive impact on the sales team. As the first SDR in the organization, this is a figure out how to make things better and more efficient sort of position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop outbound prospecting strategy
  • Leverage CRM system to manage sales activity.
  • Provide reports on leads and sales activity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly meetings quota

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ year of sales or lead generation experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Competitive and goal oriented personality
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and general CRM experience.
