  • Establish and cultivate a high-performance direct sales program, focusing on door-to-door and canvassing methods.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team, equipping them with the tools essential for success.
  • Devise and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Refine systems and processes to support organizational objectives effectively.
  • Oversee team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and foster a culture of positivity and high energy.
  • Monitor sales metrics, provide regular reports, and conduct team meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and regulations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Uphold a culture of total safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory obligations.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct solar sales experience, including canvassing or door-to-door sales.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience, with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating teams.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and leading direct sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and Solar Proposal Tools (e.g., Aurora, Solo) preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships, network effectively, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Capable of ambulating, managing stairs, and remaining stationary for extended periods in various weather conditions.
