Are you a skilled caregiver with leadership experience looking for a new challenge? Were hiring an immediate Care Lead in Muskegon, MI to oversee our caregiving team and ensure exceptional client care. This is an urgent hiring need with a chance to make a significant impact in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and mentor caregiving staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Create and manage care plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Facilitate staff training and continuous education to improve service quality
  • Evaluate client care progress and modify plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
  • Handle administrative tasks related to staff scheduling and client records
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by clients or staff efficiently
Requirements:


  • Previous experience in caregiving with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant certifications (CNA, RN, or similar) are preferred
  • Knowledge of care protocols and regulatory standards
  • Access to reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
