Position Summary: We are seeking dependable and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide high-quality care to our clients in Muskegon. As a caregiver, you will assist with a variety of daily tasks, ensuring our clients needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with Personal Care: Support clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide Mobility Assistance: Aid with transferring, walking, and other mobility needs.
  • Manage Household Tasks: Conduct light housekeeping, prepare meals, and assist with laundry.
  • Offer Companionship: Engage clients in social activities and provide emotional support.
  • Handle Errands and Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and manage transportation needs.
  • Monitor Health: Report any changes in the clients condition to the care manager.
Requirements:


  • Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Kind, patient, and empathetic with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage physical tasks and adapt to various care needs.
  • Dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality care.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Background check clearance required.
