Location: Muskegon, Michigan

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Description: Carewatch of Michigan is on the lookout for dedicated and proactive Care Leads in Muskegon, MI. Key Responsibilities:


  • Fill in open shifts and oversee client care schedules.
  • Handle timesheets and deliver supplies to clients homes.
  • Conduct regular supervisor visits and engage in meaningful conversation.
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Run errands, shop for groceries, and support clients in recreational activities.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with Alzheimers care, mobility, and medication reminders.
  • Participate in training sessions and complete off-site orientations as needed.
Job Requirements:


  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to travel up to 1 hour from Muskegon.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
  • Flexible schedule availability including day, evening, and night shifts.
  • Prior experience in caregiving (either professional or family) is preferred.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing physical tasks.
