Key Responsibilities:
- Fill in open shifts and oversee client care schedules.
- Handle timesheets and deliver supplies to clients homes.
- Conduct regular supervisor visits and engage in meaningful conversation.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Run errands, shop for groceries, and support clients in recreational activities.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with Alzheimers care, mobility, and medication reminders.
- Participate in training sessions and complete off-site orientations as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to travel up to 1 hour from Muskegon.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- Flexible schedule availability including day, evening, and night shifts.
- Prior experience in caregiving (either professional or family) is preferred.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing physical tasks.
- Competitive hourly wage of $16.00 - $17.00.
- Flexible shift options (10-hour, 12-hour, 4-hour shifts).
