As a Client Support Specialist, you will be on the front lines of delivering our brand promise to our clients. You will answer inbound calls and emails, prepare quotes and sales orders, perform needs analysis, qualify leads, and connect clients to Account Executives based on their unique profile. You will also research availability for inventory items, lead times, monitor orders in transit, and manage post-sale tasks like returns and warranty cases.

Being a part of the Client Fulfillment team at MPParts is more than just the tasks that come with converting leads and fulfilling orders. We believe in building deep, meaningful relationships with our clients and we are looking for people who live to serve others. You'll meet weekly with your department in a group setting and 1:1 with your manager to develop personally and professionally. Requirements

Company-wide meetings must be attended in-person, four times a year in either SC, MI, or TX (traveling by plane may be necessary).

Any offer of employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and a background check.

Ideal candidate requirements:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience (Problem Solving, Communication skills, Active listening skills, Time-management skills, Organizational skills)
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Have a Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record
  • Have a friendly and professional personality. You will be communicating (Phone, email, chats and video calls) with customers, vendors and peers all day long.
  • Have above-average computer and data entry skills, with the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
  • Have a logistical mind and follow continuous improvement methodologies. We are always looking for ways to improve our processes to become more efficient.

Hours:

Mon to Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Location:

100% onsite in Arlington, TX.
