Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Louisville, KY team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our current and potential customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they reach out. You will handle phone inquiries, schedule sales and service appointments, manage data in our proprietary CRM, and assist with marketing activities. We are willing to provide training on our CRM system, so prior experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, ensuring customers feel confident in their choices.
- Convert customer inquiries from various communication channels into in-home sales appointments.
- Schedule sales appointments, product installations, and service appointments, coordinating with both customers and our Window World team.
- Manage and update customer information in our proprietary CRM system (training provided).
- Assist in various marketing functions, including outreach campaigns, social media posts, and promotional activities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving for a positive resolution in every interaction.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a home improvement or related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems (CRM training provided).
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
- Familiarity with windows, doors, or home exterior solutions is a plus.
