Job Summary:
The Office Admin is responsible for the onsite office administrative duties of the assigned Elite division office.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the flow of paperwork and processes in the office.
- Processes individual jobs.
- Applies for permits as needed.
- Distributes mail.
- Receptionist duties.
- Maintains office equipment and supplies.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
- Assistance with property insurance scope reading and understanding
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Assists with overseeing clerical tasks
- Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.
- Adheres to set processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
- Ensures that day-to-day operations align with organizational objectives.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on strategic planning, and procedural change.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Preferably an associate's degree or combined education and experience
- Previous office administration experience, preferably 2-5 years.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.Oral and written communication skills.
- Well developed Interpersonal skills
- Honed Organizational skills.
- Outstanding Clerical skills.
