Summary/objective

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the daily workflow of assigned accounts and tickets regarding mobile device and MDM procurement requests.

Essential functions

· Manage the procurement process for mobile devices, accessories, and related services to support our enterprise mobility management solutions following the client’s guidelines and workflows

· Maintain daily updates on all processed requests with the vendor until completion

· Complete requests within required Service Level Agreements (SLA) as set forth in each client’s contract

· Review wiki for any updates/changes daily

· Maintain excellent Inbox Management

· Update partner portals when applicable

· Attend team meetings and training sessions

· Update and maintain Quality Control (QC) reports on a daily basis

· Manage up to 30 requests or more per day

· Process returns/exchanges of procured devices with carriers

No supervisory responsibilities.

Work environment

?Flexible work environment with core business hours.

Physical demands

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Travel required

No travel required except for required company meetings

Requirements:

Required education and experience

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Task and schedule driven.

· Ability to work in a team.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Experience with large data sets.

· Ability to understand data hierarchies.

· Self-starter and eager learner.

· Ability to meet expected service level agreements/deadlines.

· Experience with databases and SQL.

· Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision.

· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

· Strong knowledge of mobile devices, cellular technologies, and enterprise mobility management

· Experience with e-procurement systems and practices preferred


Preferred education and experience

· ?Proficient with MS Office products (Access, Excel (pivot tables and macros), Office and Word)
