This opportunity requires a bachelor's degree with a business focus and four (4) years of DoD, IC experience or six (6) years of DoD, IC, and commercial experience in purchasing or finance. An ACTIVE DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI and a Poly are required.

What's your day like?

As a Business Financial Professional at SITEC Consulting, you will play a crucial role in handling limited purchasing requirements, ensuring the completion of essential tasks like BER, PAR, Acq. Sec#, PSC, SPAT and ASF. You will process incoming MIPRs and EAOs using standard BM&A process to ensure agency acceptance. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition logistics of purchases, from tracking to arrival and installation. Your expertise will be vital in defining contract requirements, drafting Statements of Work, and determining contract scopes. This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. To excel in the role of Business Financial Professional at SITEC Consulting, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables. Familiarity with the Agency's financial management systems like FACTS, CMIS, and CDW is highly preferred, showcasing your aptitude for working with diverse software tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in handling purchasing requirements and acquisition logistics effectively. By demonstrating your ability to navigate financial systems and leverage Excel for data analysis, you will play a key role in driving the success of projects in the IT industry.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables is required.
  • Experience with the Agency's financial management systems such as FACTS, CMIS, and CDW are required.
