Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of products by strategizing business aligned E-commerce plans.
- Responsible for achievement of sales target through effective implementation of planned deliverables
- Identifying and testing new channels and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Well versed with procedural requirement for listing of products on various e-commerce platforms.
- On-boarding various marketplaces and administering tie-ups with E-commerce platforms companies
- Responsible for managing brand visibility on various E-commerce platforms.
- Responsible for managing the product content at various E-commerce platforms
- Responsible for operational requirements as per the defined SOP.
- Managing price portfolio, market competitiveness and overall profitability
- Execution of promotions/advertising/campaigns on E-commerce platforms
- Periodical assessment of E-Commerce vendors based on sales data.
- Should be able to manage multiproduct portfolio.
- Co-ordination with internal team for delivery of Products & receiving of payment.
- Addressing customer complaints & grievances in a time bound manner.
- Focus on brand building, increasing customer count & customer retention.
- Analysing sales & stock figures for future growth & profitability.
- Analysing customer feedback & competitors trends in the E-commerce market.
- Managing the legal requirements as per the applicable state law.
- Ensuring that all standard of quality, health & safety are adhered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good experience in usage of various types of software of sales.
- Should be able to meet sales target.
- Strong organizational & leadership skills.
