Essential Functions and responsibilities
- Oversee all front office activities
- Establish proper workflow of front office
- Ensure all 4M policies/procedures are being followed
- Prepare & conduct f/o HUDDLE daily
- Review routing slips for accuracy prior to appointments
- Confirm & balance ‘End of Day’ (admin & CC collections)
- Manage practice schedule
- Manage Doctors schedules
- Manage Smart Sheet reports
- Run weekly, monthly & annual reports for practice
- Ensure all messages/contact receives timely response
- Follow up on unscheduled Tx
- Implement admin training schedules
- Cross train administrative employees
- Manage referrals
- Liaison between 4M and other offices, Rep’s and vendors
- Oversee and ensure review requests are sent daily
- Engage patients & build relationships
- Ensure HIPPA policies
- Follow office policies
- Manage dental and medical emergencies according to office procedure
