Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investment Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment opportunities, including equities, fixed income securities, mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment performance, conduct scenario analysis, and assess risk-return profiles.
- Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including financial statement analysis, valuation assessments, and market research.
- Investment Recommendations: Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports to support investment recommendations and decisions by senior management and investment committees.

Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or CFA/CAIA certification preferred).
- Proven experience as an Investment Analyst, Equity Research Analyst, or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable company analysis), and investment performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset allocation strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet), and investment analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential financial information and sensitive data.
