Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Digital Product Analyst supports the Behavioral Analytics program within Technology and Digital. The role provides report-building, analysis, and analytics platform sustainment needs for numerous Signature Experiences websites.An ideal candidate has the curiosity to understand the "why" behind user behavior and possesses the strategic, technical, and analytical skills to answer complex business questions using data. A large responsibility for the role will be ensuring the ongoing quality of the platform configuration and data collection. Additionally, the right candidate will have digital analytics experience that allows them to proactively identify and share opportunities for Guest experience improvements and platform configuration refinements.Responsibilities:
  • Perform analytics platform configuration projects for multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with digital, tech, and creative partners across DX to establish long-term reporting goals and support ad hoc requests.
  • Ensure PII compliance, and perform related validation efforts.
  • Assist with day-to-day vendor communication, including issue resolution.
  • Become a platform subject matter expert, and act as an experience analytics facilitator and evangelist within DX - Tech and Digital.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 3 years of experience with digital analytics.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with an experience analytics, behavioral analytics, or CX platform.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital data and its application within strategic work.
  • Demonstrated understanding of an analytics implementation and validation techniques.
  • Experience providing insights related to UX/UI, product design, or marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization and across a variety of disciplines.
  • Ability to communicate moderate to difficult concepts and gain consensus on recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with analytics solution design or architecture.
  • Experience developing requirements for enterprise applications and features.
  • Experience executing projects within a matrixed organization.
  • Vendor management and/or communication.
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent certifications and work experience in a field related to digital analytics.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
