About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Analyst Staff to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall Counterintelligence (CI) and Insider Threat Program and strategy across the MFC enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of counterintelligence strategies and initiatives across the MFC enterprise.
  • Conduct thorough and prompt investigations of allegations of misconduct, and document findings in written investigation reports.
  • Develop and apply advanced concepts, techniques, and standards related to investigations.
  • Provide recommendations and formulate/implement counterintelligence strategies for review by the leadership team.
  • Interface with MFC Security management as well as Corporate Office of Counterintelligence Operations on CI issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience in Counterintelligence (CI) with a degree in applicable studies or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Experience with legal issues as they relate to Counterintelligence including applicable state and federal statutes.
  • Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
Desired Skills
  • Team oriented, but able to work in a virtual environment.
  • Possess strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office and associated production and collaboration tools.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Model ethical behavior and integrity and have a strong work ethic.
