Job Overview:

The Franchise Onboarding & Recruiting Administrator occupies a crucial position at GBC Food Services, LLC, by managing the sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes for new franchisees. This role involves supervisory responsibilities, particularly managing the Franchise onboarding, to ensure a smooth integration of new franchisees into our business operations. The administrator is instrumental in coordinating with departments to ensure new franchisees have a smooth implementation from the initial contact phase through to the successful issuance of their first payment.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Support departments involved in the onboarding process.
  • Evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure the Sales and other applicable team's strategies align with company policies and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes for new franchisees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Evaluate sourcing initiatives, ensuring strategies are effective and meet company standards.
  • Travel as required to support sourcing efforts and meet with potential franchisees.
  • Maintain and update franchisee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues during the onboarding process.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the onboarding processes, suggesting and implementing improvements.

Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant database software.
  • In-depth understanding of onboarding processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of franchise operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service or franchise industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office setting, including sitting for extended periods.
  • Occasionally it may require lifting files or materials up to 20 lbs.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based with standard office environmental conditions.
  • May require occasional travel to meet with new franchisees or attend off-site training/sourcing events.
