We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and assist the Account Management department. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our affiliate marketing strategies for affiliate programs, while gaining valuable knowledge of affiliate marketing, data analysis and client service, and ensuring smooth operations between the marketing and account management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for marketing, and a knack for problem-solving.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist Account Managers with client-related tasks including but not limited to creating newsletters for upcoming campaigns and promotions, uploading text links and banners to affiliate networks, updating brand trackers, etc.
- Input all necessary information for each campaign or promotion in an efficient and timely manner
- Remain organized in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail, ensuring all opportunities are set up correctly
- Work closely with the Account Management Department to understand the information that needs to be set up for each brand’s campaign
- Quantify effectiveness of general account tasks, set up through the tracking of the volume of tasks completed.
What You Have:
- 1 year of working experience (internships included)
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google Suite. Google Analytics knowledge is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation is $60,000 annually depending on experience.
