Job DescriptionJob Description

Crafts And Drafts in Durham, NC is looking for one bartender/craft helper to join our small but mighty team. Position is part time and pays $16.25/hour. We're open Wednesdays-Sunday and the ideal candidate will be available on weekday evenings as well as weekends. This position is for candidates aged 21+.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers with their craft kits as needed.
  • Provide a positive experience for customers and fellow employees.
  • Pour drinks for customers.
  • Maintain a clean bar and well stocked, organized crafting areas.

Qualifications

  • Must be friendly, customer focused, and proactive
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously
  • Must be able to work 1-3 shifts a week, and be available on weekends.
  • No crafting experience required, but interest and will to learn is a must.
  • No bartending experience is required, but interest and will to learn is a must. This extends to knowledge of different beer/wine styles.
  • Must be 21+
  • Starting pay is $16.25/hr + tips with ability to move up based on merit
