Reports To: Strategic Analysis Manager

Role Summary:

The Lead Treasury Analyst operates independently while collaborating with team members to make informed tactical decisions in accordance with established protocols. This role involves analyzing daily banking operations, managing financial models, and preparing a Cash Dashboard to ensure effective cash management and provide insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Treasury Operations, ensuring accurate management of account balances and transaction processing, including:
  • Daily Treasury Functions – generate Cash Dashboard, monitor bank account balances, process various banking transactions, and manage wire transfers.
  • Issue Resolution – investigate and resolve banking-related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monthly Reporting – provide accounting with updates on bank account balances and generate necessary financial statements.
  • Special Projects – conduct cash and treasury analyses, update banking documents, and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external banking contacts to address issues and fulfill role requirements.
  • Utilize the Wells Fargo CEO online system for transaction processing, balance control, and report generation, becoming the internal expert on this platform.
  • Employ online portals of regional banks for information retrieval and access management.
  • Leverage Excel for financial modeling and transaction tracking.
  • Communicate effectively via email and chat platforms to address inquiries and issues.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Wells Fargo CEO banking system or similar platforms.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and general computer proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Capability to research issues, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to task management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma/GED acceptable based on experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Treasury office setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Excel data analysis, preferably in Treasury, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience in making informed banking transaction decisions and reporting.
  • Experience with Wells Fargo CEO banking system is highly desirable.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring in-office presence on designated days.
