ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Comtech Systems, Inc (CSI) is currently in search of a qualified HR Specialist /Field Service Manager to undertake administrative responsibilities in support of the contract and FSRs. This will involve the coordination of scheduling, maintenance of files, and facilitation of all visa, CRC, and other essential governmental requirements necessary for personnel to effectively support the mission. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a cooperative spirit and exhibit a steadfast work ethic, while possessing the determination and critical thinking acumen essential for excelling in potentially challenging conditions.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Ensure that all employees are following the contract, provide support to the government and fix any issues relating to these processes.
- Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the government process.
- Act as liaison between the Contractor and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations for both domestic and foreign countries.
- Support the requirement of the government and help ensure all positions are filled or covered until adequate support is provided.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, maintaining files and coordinating all visa, CRC, and other requirements needed by the government so the personnel can support the mission.
- Enter employment data into computer database as required.
- Track and update hourly employee leaves of absence.
- Assists with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree, preferred in Human Resources
- Must have Secret security clearance.
- 5 years experience in Human Resources management
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, candidate must have;
- An associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
- A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
- 11 years of recent specialized experience.
