The ideal candidate will have experience in an Oral Surgery office setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
  • Collect and process payments.
  • Assist with patient paperwork and medical history.
  • Manage patient records and files.
  • Enjoy interacting with patients and working in a team environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an oral surgery or dental office setting.
  • 2+ years of insurance experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
