About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer to join our team You'll create engaging and on-brand visuals that resonate with our audience and help drive business goals. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our visual content across various channels and work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Design compelling visual content for web, social media, email campaigns, and print.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop creative assets that drive low customer acquisition costs (CAC) and high engagement
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaigns that align with our brand
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics to optimize conversions
  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects while ensuring designs are fresh and innovative
  • Keep up with design trends and best practices to keep our content modern and competitive

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in digital content creation for advertising
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and how design impacts key metrics like CAC
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus Structure:

  • Base salary with the potential for additional compensation based on performance
  • You will earn a bonus per conversion when your content drives a low CAC and high spend
  • The more effective your designs are at generating high-converting leads, the higher your potential bonus
