Core Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Data Entry
  • Client Eligibility & Enrollment
  • Support Manager on Compliance
  • Maintain Client Records
  • Review Case Files

What will you be doing in your role?

  • Complete all necessary documentation and data entry to ensure funding requirements and quality assurance standards are met.

  • Determine client eligibility and enroll clients in program services.

  • Conduct data entry into the agency and funder database.

  • Review electronic client case file to maintain quality assurance.

  • Support supervisor and manager to reconcile enrollment numbers in Salesforce and ClientTrack.

  • Check compliance with Employment and English Class attendance for RCA benefit purpose.

  • Be flexible with your tasks and time to help the team as needed.

  • Dismiss the case after completion of services upon receiving case closing documents from case managers.

Are you the next RES Data Entry & Enrollment Specialist?

  • High School Diploma or GED or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with refugee populations and their needs.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver license to carry out job functions.

  • Full-Time position with a starting hourly rate of $18, based on minimum job requirements. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
