Job Summary

The Production Administrator is responsible for collecting production data reports, organizing production run data, and coordinating with the Planning Department to manage miscellaneous orders, fast-track orders, and the production of cut sheets for the assembly and door departments.  Additionally, the production Administrator will support Production Control on closing jobs in the system in a timely manner and correcting the Bill of Materials utilizing the ERP system and have an understanding of smart sheet and sharepoint.



Required Skills

Major Responsibilities

  • Managing production schedule including the creation of daily dispatch lists (run sheets)
  • Initiate build-to-install process as per job orders.
  • Processing change orders and workflows while communicating all changes to Plant teams so that an order can be built and meet the customer's expectations.
  • Generating additional production paperwork as needed for the build process
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Required Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing or construction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing office environment
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
