The location will be an on-site position in Central Arkansas or remote position within NW Arkansas. Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, monitor, track, file, and distribute various construction documents, including contractor submitted paperwork such as certified payroll, material certifications, and of bill of ladings.
  • Communicate with the inspection team daily and track in field progress against published contract documents

Job Requirements:

  • Detail oriented person with discipline and thoroughness to follow through on assigned tasks
  • Polished teamwork and communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to meeting deadlines
  • Preferred work experience in construction or architecture setting preferred, without previous experience candidate must be willing to observe and or participate in in-field inspection activities on short duration assignments to more fully understand the nature of the business and future assignments.
  • Must be able provide examples using MS Office Suite and MS Excel
  • Demonstrate where they have used successful time management and prioritization skills
  • Show that you have worked in a team environment and independently as needed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
