  • Utilize CMMS for tracking and scheduling maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including working with PLC controls and electrical schematics.
  • Maintain and repair pneumatic systems.
  • Provide mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
  • Perform facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing and general upkeep.
  • Use power and hand tools to perform repairs and installations.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Document all maintenance and repair work for record-keeping purposes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in working with motors, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting, including working with electrical controls and PLC controls.
  • Experience with CMMS for tracking and scheduling maintenance tasks.
  • Skills in facility maintenance, including plumbing.
  • Proficiency in using power and hand tools.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
