Remote


Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking a candidate for a Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. The candidate will help manage GLT’s legal documents, develop, negotiate, revise, and evaluate contracts on behalf of the company. This position will be remote, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and report contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract documents, contract correspondence, customer contact information, contract modifications, status reports and other documents for all projects
  • Develop contract documents
  • Ensure all contract records are current and accurate
  • Draft contract notices and other communications
  • Review and negotiate contract terms related to government contracting opportunities, including nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, statements of work and subcontract agreements
  • Prepare nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, statements of work and subcontract agreements
  • Review terms and conditions in vendor agreements, propose exceptions as needed and gain approval from Legal and Business leaders as required
  • Coordinate business and legal requirements with business development team
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or other related field
  • At least five (5) years of experience in US Government contract management
  • At least five (5) years of experience drafting teaming agreements and nondisclosure agreements
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of contract terminology, practices and concepts
  • Understanding of contract law

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
  • Knowledge of the Acquisition Management System (AMS)
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) Certification
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
