As the System Administrator you will use your technical knowledge to support and maintain our systems and networks that we use to run our group of Addiction Treatment Centers.

Responsibilities
● Responsible for the management, security, and reliable operation of our systems and networks:

  • KIPU (Or Familiar with EMR's)
    Salesforce
  • Telephony
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365


● Responsible for implementing automation and enhancements to our systems and processes
● Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise
● Research and implement new approaches to improve workflows within our systems by gaining buy-in from all departments involved (sales, marketing, admissions, etc)
● Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or
upgrades of IT infrastructure
● Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
● Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
● Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes across our systems
● Documenting any processes which employees need to follow to successfully work within our
computing system
● Identifies and eliminates security risks.
● Analyzes business requirements for IT needs and systems.

Qualifications
● Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems
● Ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
● Experience with scripting and automation tools
● A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
● Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
● Experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems
● Familiarity with SQL and database operations
● Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly
● Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude
● Solid working knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience: 3-5 years minimum
