When you join us as a Customer Experience Representative, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Displays excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Monitors and responds to customer feedback on Podium platform.
  • Manages virtual waiting room and addresses customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Initiates outgoing calls in response to customer feedback in a courteous and professional manner - identifies self and company.
  • Maintains self-control when dealing with difficult patients and or situations.
  • Displays empathy and compassion.
  • Maintains distribution standards.
  • Enters accurate information in eRAD for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation.
  • Adheres to process for completing various eRAD worklists and those tasks requiring outbound calls.
  • Understands scheduling process.
  • Updates account information if and when necessary.
  • Provides feedback to management regarding uncommon eRAD errors or system returns.
  • Responds to ad hoc requests.
  • Maintains professionalism with both internal and external custom

  • You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Must be able to type fluently while speaking with callers.
  • Two (2) plus years of contact center experience, including CT & MR scheduling.
  • Provides clear written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
  • DIN/HVRA/NJIN or MA experience preferred
