Client Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the collection of necessary documents and information from new and existing KORE clients.
  • Track received and pending documents, focusing on timely follow-ups and proactive communication with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in our project management system with clear updates on task progress and client communications.
  • Conduct as-needed communication with clients on behalf of the KORE team, including following-up on emails or tasks, providing client updates, and scheduling meetings between clients and other KORE team members.

Qualifications:
  • Must align with our KORE company values
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including good grammar.
  • Comfortable learning new tools, software, systems, and technologies.
  • Comfortable on (or open to using) a Mac.
  • Have quiet place in your home to work with internet speeds above 25mb/s down (test at www.speedtest.net).
  • The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to stay focused and on task when working independently, enjoys working with people, and has a positive attitude.

Location:

Hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ - most work will be done remotely, with in-person team meetings 1-3 times a month. There will be more in-person time as you ramp up.

Work Schedule:
  • Part-time, starting with around 15 hours a week, with the opportunity for more hours as we work together.
  • Very flexible schedule, especially once ramped up.

Salary and Benefits:
  • $21/hour with room for growth.
  • While we don't currently offer medical benefits, we offer a great work environment and a lot of flexibility
