- Provide timely customer service for all calls, emails and questions from vendors
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including copying and electronic filing
- Provide support to other projects as necessary
- Receptionist relief when needed.
- Assist with creating and updating reports in Excel.
- Assumes and performs other administrative duties as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- 1-2 years of Accounting Clerk experience
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Will train for credit card processing.
- Need to be able to use a calculator and typewriter.
