We are looking for assertive Sales Agents who have the skills and desire to go after potential customers, and provide a high level of customer service have to be outgoing and charismatic, and must Know and Love everything about New Orleans
Mobile Sales Agents manage ticket sales in external locations. They operate independently and are often the first point-of-contact for customers, so professional appearance, good presentation skills and sales proficiencies are critically important attributes for this position.
RequirementsSkills and Knowledge:
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who strives to meet sales goals, and works well both independently and on a team.
- Ability to attract and engage customers, promote products and services, and convert sales.
- Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills to handle customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Ability to multi-task in a calm and collected manner.
- Standing, walking, climbing stairs in exterior and interior spaces for extended periods of time.
Duties:
- Providing guests with tour and general visitor information in an efficient manner.
- Processing credit card, cash and voucher/coupon sales transactions accurately on the companys hand-held point of sale system.
- Meeting daily and weekly sales goals.
- Managing guest requests and complaints with satisfactory response to resolution.
- Soliciting customer feedback to improve sales and service
Qualifications:
- Previous sales and/or cash handling experience
- High School education or higher
- Good Computer / iPad skills
