Job Description

Position: Full-Time Receptionist

Company: Little Apple Toyota Honda

Location: Manhattan, KS

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Multi-Line Phones: Be the friendly voice that greets our customers and directs their calls efficiently.
  • Multi-Tasking: Juggle various tasks with ease in our fast-paced environment.
  • Mail and Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
  • Document Management: Scan, file, and handle important documents to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing car deals and maintaining office inventory and service work orders.
  • General Duties: Perform general administrative tasks to support our team.
  • Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as needed, showcasing your flexibility and can-do attitude.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google applications and strong computer and typing skills.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Phone Skills: Excellent phone etiquette to handle calls professionally.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a professional and pleasant attitude at all times.
  • Organized: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
