Position:

  • Full-time

Mon: 9-5

Tue: 9-2,

Wed: 10-6,

Thu: 9-5,

Fri: 9-3,

Saturday: 6:30-10:30 (Alternating Weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, greet patients, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage scheduling, patient records, billing, and insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote practice growth.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Other Duties: Provide backup to electric stimulation therapy room. Attend and oversee staff and billing meetings

Qualifications:

  • Previous medical office experience is highly recommended.
  • Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, practice management software, Word, Power Point, and internet)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Desire for personal and professional growth within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills – a people person with a “patient’s first” kind of attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment - this is a must
  • Strong telephone skills with the ability to communicate knowledge about doctors and practice to callers about the aspects of our business and encourage new patient appointments as well as assist established patients
  • Understand and communicate insurance requirements and patient’s financial plan to new and established patients.

Compensation:

  • $20.00 - $25.00 / hour based on experience.
  • Bonus potential after 6 months of employment.
