Position Overview:

The Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring for a Sales Program & Administrative Associate. The Sales Analysis & Program Administrative Associate will be responsible for Project Management, and Database Management in a multi-company environment while working closely with the Sales Department employees to ensure that compensation-related programs are communicated accurately and on time. You will also assist with upholding database integrity through routine maintenance and auditing of key components.

Department Overview:

The Frank Beverage Group Sales Analysis and Program Administration Team leverages data-driven insights to enhance performance by managing sales programs, technology, and variable compensation. Our commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timeliness ensures efficient achievement of organizational objectives.

Responsibilities May Include:

  1. Create and effectively communicate various sales programs via multiple information systems.
  2. Provide support for tracking and recapping sales programs to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  3. Manage the import, export, and transformation of data from various sales platforms.
  4. Provide routine maintenance of documents utilized by the sales departments on a regular basis and additionally when needed.
  5. Maintenance of data fields within sales technology systems to ensure data integrity.
  6. Internal and external customer service.
  7. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required, Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  2. Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
    1. Ability to maintain and create formulas, understand and debug formula errors, and work with mathematical, statistical, and logical functions.
  3. Basic Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Forms).
  4. Previous beverage industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements: 

  1. Ability to maintain extended periods of sedentary work.
  2. Close visual acuity to perform such activities as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
