Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting and explaining insurance options to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business through referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive insurance solutions.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, applications, and forms.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Licensing: Active state insurance license required. Property, Casualty and Life licenses are required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is required.
  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations to identify insurance needs and risk profiles.
  • Design and customize insurance policies that align with clients' unique requirements and financial goals.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of insurance terms, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all insurance products offered by the agency to advise clients effectively.
  • Manage the entire insurance application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Stay abreast of changes in insurance laws and market trends to provide the most current advice.
  • Collaborate with other insurance professionals and underwriters to optimize policy offerings.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance expertise in insurance products and client service.
