Required Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Writing, or a technical field required

  • Government or federal experience
  • Possess a thorough understanding of software development (SDLC)
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and present technical information through independent reading, interviews with subject-matter experts, interpretation of Visio diagrams, or other appropriate methods
  • Demonstrated experience writing or editing technical reports, articles, manuals, or specifications
  • Ability to pay attention to details

Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Fluency in technical and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, etc.)
  • Experience that required substantial subject-matter or technical knowledge of the information technology field
  • Active participation in the tech community, such as contributing to forums, writing blog posts, or speaking at conferences.
