Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships between the team, Plan, and other stakeholders.
- Audit contract documents and provider records for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and monitor Excel reports and contract records with 95% accuracy.
- Ensure contract compliance and escalate issues when needed.
- Provide support for provider data, credentialing, and compliance investigations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in managed care/health insurance, with 3 years in Medicaid preferred.
- Strong contract and provider record management skills.
- Proficient with office software (Excel, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Required skills: Claims, Facets, Contract Management, Records Management, Problem-Solving.
