Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships between the team, Plan, and other stakeholders.
  • Audit contract documents and provider records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and monitor Excel reports and contract records with 95% accuracy.
  • Ensure contract compliance and escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide support for provider data, credentialing, and compliance investigations.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in managed care/health insurance, with 3 years in Medicaid preferred.
  • Strong contract and provider record management skills.
  • Proficient with office software (Excel, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Required skills: Claims, Facets, Contract Management, Records Management, Problem-Solving.
