Alexandria, United States Connect Centric Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

At Connect Centric, we are more than just consultants—we are partners committed to our clients' success. We take a hands-on approach, working closely with our clients to transform strategies into measurable, real-world outcomes. As a strategy execution team, we take full ownership of every project from start to finish, ensuring that our clients see tangible results, not just ideas. Our work is grounded in heart, empathy, and accountability, and we recognize that each client is unique. Together, we achieve the goals that matter most by tailoring our approach to meet the specific needs of every organization we partner with.

This role will be supported by the Engagement Coordinator, who will assist in executing content strategies, managing social media engagement, and coordinating outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content & Social Media Management: 50% of time

    • Manage Connect Centric’s corporate LinkedIn page and develop a content calendar for posts and campaigns.
    • Develop and post engaging content tailored to LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to promote brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the graphic designer to create compelling visual content that aligns with campaign goals.
    • Manage additional social media platforms like YouTube once the LinkedIn company page goals are achieved, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement across all platforms.
  2. Lead Generation & Audience Engagement: 15% of time

    • Leverage outbound tools to identify potential clients, initiate targeted outreach, and generate new leads.
    • Respond to and engage with LinkedIn followers and direct leads generated from campaigns.
    • Maintain and update lead lists within CRM platforms, ensuring accurate segmentation and reporting.
  3. Marketing & Analytics: 15% of time

    • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows within platforms like HubSpot and Apollo to streamline lead nurturing.
    • Track and analyze data across both social and outbound marketing efforts to continuously optimize performance.
    • Use A/B testing to refine email sequences, subject lines, and other campaign components.
    • Curate and manage our corporate newsletter, ensuring it reflects our latest insights, success stories, and industry updates.
  4. Collaboration & Reporting: 5% of time

    • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, outbound campaign effectiveness, and overall engagement.
    • Present key insights and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement.

  5. Other Duties as Assigned: 15% of time
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking on a variety of tasks as needed. The ability to work within a +/- 2 standard deviation is key to our approach—this means you should expect a range of responsibilities, from executing the core duties outlined to tackling challenges outside of the norm. For example, one day you may be optimizing our LinkedIn content strategy, and the next you could be collaborating with our lead to refine messaging for an outbound campaign. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and building LinkedIn company pages, with a demonstrated ability to grow followers, engagement, and brand presence.
  • Track record of planning and executing content strategies across multiple digital channels with measurable success (e.g., increased engagement rates, follower growth, or conversions).
  • Strong background in creating compelling content for both social media and email campaigns, including experience working with graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Ability to create diverse content (text, graphics, video, carousels) that resonates with a target audience while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a small, agile team where adaptability is key. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully handling a wide range of responsibilities and tasks.
  • Ability to work within a +/- 2 standard deviation, meaning flexibility to take on both core duties and stretch responsibilities, whether it’s leading a content strategy or assisting in executing marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with the latest social media and digital marketing tools and trends, including using technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an ability to craft messages that connect with an audience on both a technical and emotional level (balancing IQ, EQ, and TQ).
  • Proven success in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously and delivering results within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
US Citizenship required for this Position: Yes
Performance Location: Remote
Relocation Assistance: No
Clearance Type: None
Travel Required: Potential for travel 1 to 2x per year, company paid
Salary: Dependent on Experience and Applicant Location ($70K - $80K)
